30-day return window from the delivery date
Products must be unused and in original packaging
Gift cards and already returned items are non-returnable
Return shipping paid by customer (unless we made a mistake)
Refund processed within 7 business days after receiving the return
Return requests via Customer Support with provided form & address
Full refund for damaged or incorrect items
Return Period
You can return your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date.
Returns requested after this window will not be accepted.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- Undamaged and resellable
Please note:
- Gift cards and items that have already been returned once are non-returnable.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, simply contact our Customer Support.
We’ll send you:
- A Return Form
- The correct Return Address
Please include the form inside your return package.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Unless the return is due to our mistake (like a damaged or wrong item).
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
BE YOURS is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refund Processing Time
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund within
7 business days.
The amount will be refunded to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please note: depending on your bank or provider, it may take a few extra days before the refund appears in your account.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return is complete.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
We’ll cover the return shipping and issue a full refund once the item has been returned and verified.

- Gift cards
- Items that have already been returned once
