We currently ship to customers within Europe only. Orders from outside this region will be cancelled and refunded. Business-to-business (B2B) services are not yet active, but may be introduced in the future.

Can I shop from outside Europe?
Currently not. We only ship within Europe. Any international orders will be automatically cancelled and refunded
Do I need an account to shop?
Nope. You can check out as a guest. Your info will be deleted 14 days after delivery unless you choose to create an account.
I’m 17 — can I still place an order?
Yes, with permission from a parent or guardian. If you're under 16, payments will be declined automatically.
What happens if BE YOURS cancels my order?
If something goes wrong — like a pricing error or stock issue.
We’ll cancel the order and send you an email. You’ll be refunded promptly.
